TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM
SMS Terms
These terms describe Covenant One’s text-message program, including how to join, what messages to expect, and how to stop receiving them.
EFFECTIVE AUGUST 29, 2026
1. Program description
Covenant One may use text messages to support founding-cohort applications, eligibility confirmations, account and profile updates, AI interview scheduling, requested callbacks, introduction decisions, availability, date plans, reminders, safety check-ins, feedback, and customer support.
2. How to opt in
You may opt in by texting COVENANT or START to (615) 616-0006, Covenant One’s dedicated application and interview line; submitting a form with the required SMS consent; or using another process that clearly describes the program. This number is not a customer-support line. We ask brief eligibility questions by text and then send a private link where you can review and separately accept the applicable participation, privacy, communication, and interview agreements.
Consent to receive marketing messages, if any are offered, is not a condition of purchase or participation. Consent to receive operational messages may be necessary to use a text-coordinated feature, but a reasonable alternative will be offered when practical.
3. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies according to your application and participation. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Covenant One does not charge a separate fee merely for receiving program texts, although membership or other disclosed service fees may apply in the future.
4. Opting out
Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to stop program texts from that number. You may receive one final confirmation message. After opting out, you will not receive further non-emergency program messages unless you opt in again. Opting out may prevent us from coordinating a text-based application, introduction, or date.
5. Help
Reply HELP or INFO for assistance, email support@covenantone.app, or visit our Contact page. In an emergency, call 911. Covenant One’s text service is not monitored as an emergency or crisis line.
6. AI-generated voice callbacks
Texting the initial keyword does not by itself authorize an immediate AI-generated voice call. Our standard process asks you to choose a voice interview or written alternative on a private webpage. A voice call is requested only after separate AI, recording, and transcription consents are recorded. At the beginning of the call, we disclose the use of AI and confirm recording consent again before continuing.
7. Delivery and telephone-number changes
Delivery is subject to carrier availability and is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you change or relinquish your number, opt out first and update your account so messages intended for you are not delivered to a new subscriber.
8. Privacy and changes
We handle information collected through texts according to our Privacy Policy. We may update these SMS Terms and will post a new effective date. Continued participation after notice of a change constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
